Delivery & Returns
Currently we are only able to deliver within the UK, and are working toward offering International Shipping in 2022.
Please allow 4 working days for your package to arrive. We're currently a one-person team on fulfilment (with childcare rolled in to boot). We always aim to get your delivery to you as fast as possible.
We keep shipping costs as low as we can – and actually reduce the cost of Royal Mail delivery services to you. We find Royal Mail to both reliable and affordable (for you and us :).
If you do not receive your order within 4 working days, please do contact us right away at email@example.com.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If however, in the unlikely situation that (any part of) your order arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you. Please note that we will do our best to offer you a refund of your delivery cost, or free delivery on your replacement – but we cannot guarantee this in every scenario.
Please do not return any products to us. If they have arrived damaged – and once you have had full contact with us as above – please simply dispose of product and recycle packaging where you can.
If you would like to cancel your order, and receive a full refund – we ask that you inform via email us (at email@example.com) within 3 hours of your order being made. Please ensure you let us know your purchase order number when contacting us.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days.
